LiA (Learning in Action) is dedicated to achieving racial equity. Following the success of our inaugural programme, we are delighted to announce the second iteration of the White Affinity Group: Advancing Anti-Racism for White People, a programme for white people wanting to develop their anti-racist skills.

The White Affinity Group sessions will be held on Tuesday afternoons from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM GMT.

Session Dates:

26th November – 17th December 2024

Seasonal Break

7th January – 11th February 2025

I found the programme challenging and revealing. I learnt a lot about myself and started to develop my understanding of how I am complicit in maintaining the structures of white solidarity and racism. I increased my awareness of how my white ’niceness’ is part of the problem. Robin and Amy were outstanding facilitators and I also learnt much from my fellow participants. I thoroughly recommend this programme to anyone who wants to deepen their anti racist journey.
